Return & Exchange Policy
First and foremost, should for any reason, your item arrive damaged please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will work to get you a full refund or replacement. Other returns are as follows.
Crocheted items
Most crocheted items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your item, as long as it is returned undamaged and in the condition it was sent.
If your item is specifically customized for you, it may be more difficult to accept as a return, if this is the case we will notify you before purchase.
3D Printed items
Similar to the crocheted items, regular 3D printed items may be returned within 30 days if we receive them undamaged.
However, personalized items may not be returnable- if this is the case you will be informed ahead of time.
3D printed wooden signs
If you purchase a Personalized 3D printed sign, we likely will not able to accept the return. We will communicate with you prior to shipping the sign to ensure it is to your liking, and hopefully a return won't be necessary.
