Return & Exchange Policy
First and foremost, should for any reason, your item arrive damaged please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will work to get you a full refund or replacement. Other returns are as follows.
Crocheted items
Most crocheted items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your item, as long as it is returned undamaged and in the condition it was sent.
If your item is specifically customized for you, it may be more difficult to accept as a return, if this is the case we will notify you before purchase.
Macarons
If you purchase any batch of macarons, we likely will not able to accept the return. We will communicate with you prior to delivery to your venue. Depending on the size of the order, a deposit may be required.
At the moment we are not shipping macarons, but are looking into it for the future.
